Shocking hayfever - what can I take?

    Hi there,
I am suffering badly with hayfever, and constantly sneezing to the point that I am getting blood noses at least daily if not more.
I live out in the country, so I cannot avoid it.

What can I take that is safe during pregnancy?
Are there certain anithistamines that are safe and unsafe? Any herbal remedies?

    Cheers.

Polaramine, phenergan and avomine (same as phenergan) are ok to use. they will all make you drowsy though. You can use livostin nose spray (antihistamine) as well.
