Just wondering if anyone currently or embarked on a 'fertile' type diet, while TTC?
I don't mean for weight loss more nutritional. And if so, did you eat certain foods that you felt helped get a BFP??
Did you only eat the 'super foods' from CD1-14 or all the way through?
Any luck with eating your way to multiples??

I completely cut caffeine drinks out of my diet. Big thing for me. I also had 2 or 3 fresh vegy juices a week and began Chinese herbs. About 3 months ago I changed my diet to gluten free due to intolerance.
