and when did they stop growing???

I ask as I'm only about 7 1/2 weeks pregnant and already I have gone from my regular 10C to a 10D. If they keep growing at this rate I fear I wont be able to stand straight by the end of my pregnancy

So, please let me know what I'm in for, how much bigger did yours get and was there a point in your pregnancy where they seemed to stop??
