    is it a girl?

    hello

    About 3 weeks ago I had my 20 week scan. I wanted to find out the sex so the sonographer told me 'it's a girl' and I asked her if there was any chance of it coming out a boy and she said 'I hope not because it doesn't have boy parts!' =) She didn't point the parts out to me but she seemed certain. So, I've been watching my ultrasound dvd and trying to find the parts! hehe I've already bought girl clothes etc but I feel I need some reassurance! I'm silly

    Are these girl parts?

    Well I've had 3 boys and their bits didn't look like that. I think you could be baking a little girl in there!

    congrats i would say its a girl, looks like it to me... i was like that as soon as i found out i went and brought all girly clothes n that and everyone kept telling me it could still be a boy n im like nup they all were positive it would be a boy!

    maybe at ur next U/S just get them to check again(if u have another)

    It looks like a girl to me too. I am pregnant with my 3rd and we have an 80% chance of it being a girl. It looks similar to what I saw with the 3 lines or tell tale m shape. My percentage is lower Only due to the difficulty of my ultrasound.

    I want to buy pink, but am just waiting until I see her to make sure.

    o oh... Thank you Jacqui - i was just a little confussed! In that case, i definately can't see how it possibly could be a boy!.. i was told baby girls are usually swollen down there so it can look like they have little gonads...?

    OMG, those are lil' pink bits if ever I saw them - I am with Cailin, definately no turtlr there!!

    Catherine, I think that refers more to when they are born, girl's bits are really swollen when they come out.
