As the title suggests, have you had a student midwife follow you through your pregnancy?

I'm wanting a second support person so DH can go spend time with our DS while I am in labour. I'm not very comfortable with having family there as last time it was very long and I was very naked the majority of the time! There a things that I just wouldn't want a family member seeing!

We talked about doulas or IM but last time I had a 4th year student (she worked for the hospital) and she was amazing. Can I hear your experiences, good and bad if any?
