I'd hold off just in case. The ultrasounds aren't always right and imagine how peeved you'd be if you gave them all away for no reason! It's only another 5ish months then you'll know for sure![]()
I am 17wks pg with bubba #4. My first three bubbas are boys and we have LOADS of boys clothes! I am due for an ultrasound on the 8th of April and am hoping to find out the sex. My question is if they told you it was a girl would you get rid of all the boys clothes or hold off just in case??

I would hold on to them too. We had 2 ladies get told they were having girls in my belly buddies group and they both got blue surprises. One lady even had the 4d scan to confirm and that was still wrong.
Totally agree. I would hold on to them just in case. I've heard too many stories about ultrasounds been wrong, to trust them for sure.

Just put them in storage until the baby is born, jic![]()
Girls can wear boys clothes lol - the reverse is ok too, but you can dress a boy in too much pink I suppose.
I'd pick through for anything that can be used again - regardless of gender - and then pack it away until after bubs is born.
I'd hold on to them - our scan was wrong and we now have a bag of pink clothes we can't use!!
Even if i was having a another boy i would buy some more baby clothes if your able to of course. Baby clothes get pretty worn out after a while after being puked on etc. Maybe just do a sift through and keep what is ok and give to vinnies the rest IMO
My cousin was told she was having a girl. Got rid of all her boy clothes only to be told she was having a boy at another scan. She got rid of all THOSE girl clothes and gave birth to a...
Girl.
Keep them. They won't hurt taking up the extra space til you're 100% on what you're having. Eg. You see bub in the flesh!
I agree with all the PP posts..
Gl hun I hope you get can actually find out on the 8th!!!![]()
Yea definately keep them stored! I know of a few people who have had wrong scans! If youv'e already got boys stuff....kool.....if it ends up being a girl then you get to go shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had heaps of 2nd hand boy's clothes for BB...nothing to say girls can't wear boy's clothes! Newborns don't know or care what colour they're in! :-P
Keep them jic!!
Sent from my iPhone so sorry for the spelling and punctuation!!
from experience.....id hold off...unless its obvious to you what bubbs us...
We held off for 8 weeks until we had another scan (for different reasons) that confirmed it. We also kept all of the more neutral clothes that DS used to wear (yellows, greens, whitesand some pale blues) for use at home, asin those early days when you don't really feel like going anywhere it really doesnt matter what they wear... plus, some people really can't tell either way if your bub is a boy or a girl even when they're wearing pink girly clothes or blue/green/brown/grey/black boys clothes lol hubby and I had a few good laughs at some elderly ladies that always used to call DS a girl because he had long curly blonde hair before we gave him a haircut lol
