    Help me find maternity clothes!

So, I now realise that I have only one summer maternity skirt that fits! The 3/4 pants I have from last preg don't even come close to doing up and the only other bottoms I have are a pair of dress work pants. The weather is warming up here so my jeans won't cut it much longer.

I'm probably after stuff that's stretchy waisted, but it doesnt necessarily have to be maternity. I was thinking skirts more than shorts and pants, as i find the bums and thighs too big, lol! I'm a size 6-8 normally and tend to be all bump.

Don't want to spend lots either...anyone seen anything good in KMart, Big W or Target lately? Anywhere else that's worth a try? I have just under an hour DS free tomorrow so can really only go to one shopping centre (don't have a centre that has all three stores under one roof around here). Any advice would be much appreciated.

I found a couple of stretchy-waisted skirts and 3/4 pants at a Rivers Clearance that worked for most of my pregnancy if that helps?

Didn't buy anything else this time 'round but I still had clothes from prev pregnancies.

Pumpkin patch have an online sale for their maternity clothes, I've picked up some nice tops for $20. Metalicus have awesome stretchy clothes but can be pricey unless you find an outlet store. Failing that kmart have a nice basic range, quiet cheap

I started busting out of my clothes at 5 weeks! At 13 weeks I have an obvious "bump" and no normal clothes fit!
I bought some stretchy waist (shirred) summer skirts at Big W a few weeks ago, they also have stretchy maxi skirts. I have black 3/4 pants with fold over waist from Target and got a stack of maternity T-shirts from Kmart for $9 each. I also have 3/4 casual pants from Suzanne Grae that sit low enough to go under bump. I also LOVE the Mix range at Coles if you have a store that sells it near you. Lots of stretchy skirts and quite long tops.

    Gremlins???

There's a Rivers not too far away so might try there. Big W is across the road from them so I might be able to do both this morning. If I have no luck I might head o Target later in the week (but last time I went their stuff was still huge on me )

KMart had one pair of black mat pants and they were full length and huge. I have heaps of tops, its just bottoms.

Amanauet - oh, me too! I've been in mat/stretchy bottoms since 12 weeks too. It's just all been winter stuff until now, and I just assumed all my old maternity stuff would fit....

Try Gumtree as well! I've found heaps of good stuff on there, some people sell it only as a package, or you can pick and choose! I got some great summer bargains there at $1.50 per top or skirt and bought 10 items for $15!! And it was just around the corner

Out of the three (kmart, Big W and Target) our local kmart has the biggest maternity range. Good for cheap basics but not sure if they would be too big for you.

Didn't make it to Rivers but got to Big W. they had a good range of tops, an ok range of bottoms, but nothing below a size 12 except for long pants...

Ducked into KMart again (a different store to the one I went into last week) and managed to find two stretchy, non- maternity skirts that should do. They only had two types of maternity pants, both full length and huuuuuuuge! Only four types of top, two long sleeve, two short...

Seems like the range varies a lot from location to location...

Crossroads. They aren't actually maternity, but they make stretchy waisted clothes.
You can buy online too, and delivery is fast!

The black 3/4 pants I got at Target are not actually maternity - they are bengaline? stretch with a fold over waist. My local had stacks of little sizes - not many 12-14, I had to raid the return rack from the change rooms.

I found them online at Target. - city dressing fold over bengaline crop pants - they were generously sized and 8 is in stock - they also come in white in all sizes.

Metalicus make excellent stretchy skirts and tops. Wear them pregnancy and post and forever after. I lived in it.

I got black mat shorts from target. They sit just on my shin below knee. ASOS has great mat stuff too

Everyone says Metalicus, but I was there on the weekend and didn't like anything I saw

Try mamaway. Their shorts are 'post pregnancy friendly'. I was hesitant about buying online but I am so thankful I did! A lot of clothes are in the 5 for $150 section too

I'm going to suggest Supre. I was in there the other day and saw heaps you could wear while pregnant.

I am small so target and big w didn't fit me and often the stores only had ridiculous sizes anyway, but the smallest if I was lucky was a (big) size 8. I bought heaps at Asos and still wear some of the tops post pregnancy.
