I had a normal NT measurement and high HGC and low PAPPA. My downs risk was 1:5.
It can be difficult to get the NT measurement right. They need to get bub from the right angle or it will give a thicker measurement. So I would be inclined to say the thinner measurement is more accurate.
PAPP-A is related to the function of the placenta.
What was the risk factor they gave you? What were your NT measurements?
