rash on leg

Hi there,

This afternoon I developed a scald like rash on my inner thigh. It pretty much runs the length of my upper inner thigh. I think I'm prone to skin conditions. Does anyone have any idea what it is and if I should worry.

I already get eczema on my back and spots on my belly since being pregnant.

I'm 31 weeks.

Just an update. The rash lasted a few hours and then disappeared. Hopefully all is good now.
