I should know this but......

even though its my 6th and I should now what to look for by now!

I'm 31w and for the past 2 days, i've been having mild period pain and mild to moderate back pain.I have also been having a (TMI) white stringy discharge that feels like i've wet myself a lot!

Has anyone any idea on what this could mean?

Feeling pretty stupid here atm...

It sounds like you are having braxton hicks contractions. Put your hand on your tummy and you may be able to feel it tighten. The white discharge, providing that it is not smelly, is the show and is normal. It can happen anytime late in pregnancy and is an indication that your body is getting ready to give birth.

Hey Alan I thought the show had to be pink or with a tinge of blood? I just ask as on the weekend I had this small clump of jelly like discharge with white bits in it, but no pink.
