I'm bleeding

The last few days I have had brown spotting, I tried to ignore it and not worry but it has now turned red my back is getting sore and I have mild cramping, there isn't much blood... yet.
I can feel it, I think I am loosing my baby

I just want a healthy pregnancy, is that really to much to ask for? No bleeding, no high risk, no NICU, no surgery, NOTHING! Just a straight forward pregnancy and healthy baby
