Question I'm so confused and a little worried..

I'm worried that my hCG levels aren't high enough for how far along i am.. My levels are 29, the doctor said that was low but if the levels show more than 2 that means i am pregnant so 29 is a good number... my question is, is it that low because i am only really 2 weeks? and is it normal? i just need some reassurance.

The range of hcg from low to high is huge. You'd be 14 - 16 DPO? Looks fine to me

    DPO, 14. HCG level, 48 mIU/ml. Range: 17-119 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 15. HCG level, 59 mIU/ml. Range: 17-147 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 16. HCG level, 95 mIU/ml. Range: 33-223 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 17. HCG level, 132 mIU/ml. Range: 17-429 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 18. HCG level, 292 mIU/ml. Range: 70-758 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 19. HCG level, 303 mIU/ml. Range: 111-514 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 20. HCG level, 522 mIU/ml. Range: 135-1690 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 21. HCG level, 1061 mIU/ml. Range: 324-4130 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 22. HCG level, 1287 mIU/ml. Range: 185-3279 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 23. HCG level, 2034 mIU/ml. Range: 506-4660 mIU/ml.
    DPO, 24. HCG level, 2637 mIU/ml. Range: 540-10,000 mIU/ml.

Your levels sound OK to me. When was that BT taken?

There is a thread with hCG levels that might help here: https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...pregnancy.html

You're well within the normal levels for 4 weeks (and you may be a couple of days out anyway).

At 12DPO my levels were 38, so not much higher than yours. I am sure that everything is just fine. Did the doctor discuss doing your levels again 48 hours later to see if the numbers are doubling? This may help calm your nerves.

My doctor ordered for another BT to be done in 2 weeks. I had the first one last thursday, which i forgot that they double every 24 hours so yes i think i am fine. My doctor just made me worry because he kept saying that there is a 90% chance that i am, he said it was very low and i said that it was only like 12 days since conception then he said "oh then i guess congratulations your pregnant" but he did want more bloods done to make sure things are on track.

You know, sometimes I think they see so many pregnant women that they forget how nerve-wracking it is for those first early weeks - especially when it's the first baby in the first weeks! Keeping my fingers crossed that your little jellybean stays stuck!
