    Intellegender?? anyone taken the test

    Hi all

I was doing some reserch after hearing about this product, it say its about 84% accurate in the real world ( not in a Lab) and I was wondering if anyone has used it and if it was righ for them.
We have 3 boys and want a little girl. It says you can test as early as 6 weeks but I would definatly wait till 12 at least.
Its $75 australian so not cheap I dont think.

    Just curious at results
    Thanks FYM

I don't think they are even that accurate. I've never really considered them because I wouldn't believe the result anyway. I know people who have done them and they got the opposite. If your going to wait til 12w though I'd just ask at the 12 weeks scan- I was told DS2's gender then.
If you want to do it for a bit of fun I'd day go for it xxx

We used one last time... The result
Said boy... Then girl... Then boy!

    We had a girl

Depending on where you are some places will do a gender scan at 14 weeks. We are going today and the cost is only $75! They give a 97% success rate I think

Well I dont really know, im torn because I desperatly would love a little girl if it told me I was having a girl then it ended up being told boy at the ultrasound I couldnt help be dissapointed. If it told me I was having a boy I would be fine. just confused. I go to a specialist and to get a gender scan you have to go to the big hospital. They scan me every time I go for my checkup but dont do gender. Confused? lol
I wonder if I could ask for a early scan?
Meercat I would be in Warrnambool Vic

Used it when pregnant with #4, said boy twice... Had a girl.
Used another brand when pregnant with #5, said girl... Had a boy.

I can't remember the name of the other brand off the top of my head though.

To be honest, despite the test results, both times I knew they were wrong.

I did it at 10 weeks - said I was having boys and I'm actually having girls (identical twins) soit was a waste of the 89.95 I paid for it good luck!

There is absolutely no science underpinning those tests. Do them for fun, but I wouldn't trust them in the slightest.

FWIW, we did one, and it was correct, but the colours are so ambiguous it was hard to tell. Then our 12 week scan got the gender wrong. We are having a girl.
