Iron supplements

Hi Girls,

Does anyone take Floridex (not sure of the spelling)? U get it at the Health Food Store.

I have been told that this is a plant form of Iron and is perfectly safe to take whilst pregnant. Is it any good and has anyone had any problems with it?

I cant make myself eat endless amounts of red meat anymore - yucky.
