With the girls, I had about 2-3 weeks of BAD morning (all day) sickness, with vomitting, etc. With this one I had 3 weeks of feeling terrible, but not throwing up. Don't know if this one's pink or blue yet.
I've heard that girls sometimes cause more morning sickness because of the slightly higher estrogen, or something like that.
Some people also go by the heart beat - theory being that girls are generally above 140 at rest, and boys are generally below 140 at rest (or thereabouts.) If that's true, this one's a boy.
With my first 3 babies I had mild nausea and thats it. and I had 3 boys. this time I felt sick and I even vomited for the very first time and they say its a girl
I had really really bad morning sickness from 6 weeks to the night my waters broke I ended up becoming anaemic and was put on iron tablets. I had a little princess
little to no ms - I had a boy!
My friend had bad ms - had a boy.
Another friend - ms so bad shes been hospitalised for the majority of her pg - having a girl!
I had moderate m/s from 8weeks to about 16weeks. I couldn't eat anything but dry bread rolls, cheese and 2min noodles with tomato sauce. Anything else would come back up (sorry TMI). As long as I didn't eat anything else, I was ok, still nauseas but no vomiting. I had a really bad metallic taste in my mouth at that stage too, which didn't help with the m/s. Also couldn't stand the of veges cooking during the m/s stage and I couldn't stand the smell of Lamb for my whole pregnancy, hence I didn't eat it LOL.
my level of m/s has been the same with all 3 I had a boy first then a girl and this one is a surprise, the only difference i noticed was that my boy kicked wayyyyy more than my girl.
