I only sleep on my back when pregnant. Im with limesplice, sleep however you need to to get the sleep and dump the guilt Damprye!

My hips have already started playing up though I'm only 16wks. I try to sleep on my side but end up on my back. It's time to break out my huge wedge pillow I got last time. I find it helps me breathe easier through pregnancy congestion if I'm propped up. At least that way it doesnt kill my hips. Takes up loads of room though, DH hates it
