I had a thought this morning....

NESTING is a load of crap! It was thought up by a male. Im not having fun creating a nest for my little one, im running my arse off now cause i know ill be out of action for a few weeks soon!

i agree that its a load of crap!!!! i never got the urge to clean and prepare the house. must admit i did with dd, but i needed my sister to move out of the room, and ultimately her n mym to clear out of the 2 *spare rooms* and claming to be nesting, was the only thing that worked!! but other then that, nothing... much to df's dissapointment!!

Yep totally agree. I never got the urge to clean or organise anything. I just wanted to sit and watch TV/ movies up until we left for hossy.

The only time I ever have the urge to clean is when I am heavily pregnant. Once when I was 8 months pg with the twins DH found me cleaning the floors at 3am. My excuse was I couldn't sleep, and if I did them at 3am they would be dry by the time the kids got up
