Yep. I've had low iron on and off for some time and have taken them a fair bit. Like one of the PPs, I take the ones with vitamin C.

I also took Ferro Grade with Vit C, it's in a red bottle. I had about 30 mls of orgnaic dark grape juice with it to prevent constipation.

Just take it with vit c -helps absorb it better. And dont drink caffiene for an hr after cause it stops absorbtion. And yea can cause constipation.
There is a liquid form of iron supp that isnt as bad for blocking u up. cant remember the name tho

or Floravital is yeast free along with free of some other things, my ds has been having Floravital since about 8 months.
