    Morning sickness

Hey all, just wondering at what stage of your pregnancy was your morning sickness at it's worst, when did it start to improve and was it different in each pregnancy?

it was worst between 9 and 12 weeks for both bubs for me. And it was more like all day hangover than morning sickness... lol

    Re: Morning sickness

With DS1, my morning sickness was from week 2 - 32 (yes, 2 ... Dr said it's impossible and yet, there it was ... ) and DS2, it still started around week 2, and I was still vomiting the morning he arrived ... !

My SIL on the other hand had precisely one day of m/s with her first, and not even that with her second!! Jealous

    Re: Morning sickness

With DS1 morning sickness started at 6 weeks and continued till 24 weeks. It had a few better patches and a few worse patches, the last couple of weeks were pretty mild just spewing every few days.
With this bub the morning sickness at 5.5 weeks but was much much milder than the first time, only a couple of spews in total and mostly just general queasiness which could be managed by small frequent meals, it's also been pretty well gone for the last week or so (probably ended around 12 weeks).

My ob told me that it's usually worst from around 5-9 weeks, and then 70% of women have eased by 12 weeks, 80% by 14 weeks, and 90+% by 17 weeks, if that's any comfort!
