This is my gripe for the day/week/month - not a big one but still!!!!

Today I went to buy a chocolate thickshake from Wendy's. I asked for them to replace the soft serve ice-cream with normal vanilla as of course we can't have soft serve when pregnant. She said I could but it would be an extra $2.60!! on a small shake! I said to her that I couldn't have soft serve and she said that's just the way it was! I can't honestly believe that normal ice cream would be sooooo much more expensive than soft serve!

So has anyone else come aross a similar annoying problem when pregnant? Or am I just being petty!

We're not meant to have soft serve cause it can have listeria - it sits in the machine all day long and just turns around and around. I really don't think once would hurt but still I didn't want it!!!!
