Metamucil

I have been taking metamucil everyday for a week or so now. But this morning I was reading (in a pg book) that you should not take it more than a couple of times a week. Has anyone else been told that? I think I'll go crazy without the metamucil - and I thought it was safe to take???

I take the metamucil fibre caps daily....

Metamucil is fine. just remember that you need to drink lots of water for it to work effectively
