more food q's - leab cuisine, healthy choice etc

Commercial pre-packaged, frozen food? Yay or nay.

I have very little "safe" lunch options at work, and I cant buy new salad vegies every 24 hours, so have been living off of soup and bread for lunch most days.

So Im wondering if this sort of thing is OK to have?

Yes, my dietician had me using these while I was pregnant - you may find though that you need to opt for the 'larger' serve packages as you have an increased need for calories and you may want to add some extra veggie/salad/fruit for bulk (to deal with preggie hunger)!

great, thanks! Fruit, yoghurt, nuts etc are not a problem
