I am new on this forum and writing for the first time so I am not sure, this sort of thread has probably been opened many times before .
This is my second pregnancy and I am currently approx. 8.5 weeks. When I was pregnant with my son I only got a little bit of morning sickness and taking vitamin b6 really helped, almost eliminated it entirely. This time, however, it started a couple of weeks ago and it is getting progressively worse, nothing really helps, taking ginger tablets did for a while but today I have been absolutely miserable. I don't think I've felt this bad ever (only when I had a really bad stomach bug). It was bad in the morning but getting worse as the day progresses to the point where I almost can't function . I know I probably shouldn't complain as it is all for a good cause but I just can't seem to get happy and "in tune" with my tummy because I feel so awful physically.
I would love to hear some stories about other people's MS. My friend felt really sick with both her daughters and the last preg. it didn't stop until 16 wks! That really terrifies me - how do people cope when it goes on for that long? Also, I've heard that with girls there is more MS - could that be true? (the friend I mentioned has 2 girls)
