    Nesting much??

Tonight, I have baked cupcakes, cleaned all the kitchen afterwards (major shock for me, as I usually clean before, and leave a sink full of cupcake-mess), brought the washing in, washed another load (hang out before work tomorrow), cleaned both bathrooms (ok, not the floors... ), and made the cot with all my freshly washed baby-linens. Obviously DH is on night shift!

Of course, I will be completely shattered for work tomorrow.

After work, I plan on packing for my holiday, and cleaning anything DH has dirtied during the day, and maybe tackle some of the mess in the bedroom closet...

    How's everyone else's nesting going?

Oh thank heavens! Someone else who nests early I nest from about 19w to 23 or 24, then I climb into bed and complain about what needs to be done for the last 16-18 weeks! (My partner loves me )

All I can say is now i feel like making cupcakes!!!

I think i've been nesting since about 25 weeks... And stopped around 38 because there is absolutely nothing left to do!

Looking for things to clean is driving me nuts!

My nesting stage is also yet to kick in.... the 'junk room / nursery' still very much looks like a junk room! I have no idea what we need to buy for this little guy and what we still need coz that involves trawling through the many tubs in the shed

Maybe by week 30 the nesting urge will hit me????

Oh, one good thing though, dh did manage to find the screws needed to put the cot back together again!!!! But..... we need a new mattress.....

Still no nesting urge here!! And I so need it to kick in! I had to force myself to start tidying our room to make room for the bassinet, and pull the covers off the bassinet to wash - mind you, they are still sitting in the hallway, and haven't yet made it into the washing machine!!

DH just confessed that he likes me nesting. I think I like it too!

We hung the curtains in the nursery, but we need a new rod... plus I did it wrong & it looks spazzy.
Now I'm squirrelling stuff in to bags for our eastern states holiday. I think I'm packing everything I own!

So Friday night 9:30pm i scrubbed our ensuite...was in the shower scrubbing for 20 minutes LOL THEN by 9am Saturday i had washed the dog, cleaned the inside of half the windows in the house, vaccumed, hosed our verandah off, dropped DP at work, cleaned the main bathroom & started on the kitchen! Then gave up and sat on the couch for a while lol
