    Question NO weight gain ....

I know that putting on weight during pregnancy is normal ... but I haven't put on anything ...

I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks, and by 15-16 weeks I lost 5 kilos ... which is pretty normal for me as I experienced the same thing with my first.

However I haven't put on anything since!!! I weighed myself the other day and still weigh the same ...

I have still felt nausea on and off throughout the pregnancy and it has made eating a bit more difficult because one day something is good ... the next day I don't even want to look at it ... but I keep eating as much as I can handle ... which is lots of small snacks in between and no big meals for sure as this just makes me want to explode.

I was feeling flat a month ago so I've been taking multi-vitamins which is probably a good thing ...

    Has anyone else experienced this?

I've mentioned at my last 2 appointments about it but they said not to worry.

I've got my next appointment next week ... i'll be 28 weeks!

I didnt really put any weight on until after 30wks. If your baby is growing well which they wil be able to tell by fundal height and ultrasound then there is no need to be concerned about not gaining weight.

i kept losing til at least 19 weeks - was down about 10kg give or take (all the doc scales are different! mine said 11kg) i've now, to 25 weeks, only put on 1.2kg since that point

it's not a problem unless you are unhealthy with it. for me, the change in my metabolism bought about byt the pregnancy is what made me lose the weight, and i've only just started gaining - but i'm sure my uterus, baby and fluid weigh more than 1.2kg at this point!

i been thinking the exact same thing!!!

i fretted over the weight loss and what it meant for Gremlin for ages, then found out she was healthy, so got over it and embraced the positives at the end!

dont stress hun. and yep it probably means much better result in the long run after baby...

i am currently 1.5 kgs BELOW my pre-pg weight and the doctor, ob and dietitician all said thats fine. between bub speeding up my metabolism and an extremely healthy diet due to GD I am losing but bubs is growing just fine (a little large even according to some).

i only even put on a total of 4 kgs with my first two as well and they both came out good healthy size babies.

I only put on like 2 or 3 kgs through my entire pregnancy. I never really asked the midwife about it, and they never weighed me or asked me about my weight. As long as your bub is healthy and growing, I doubt there is anything to be worried about.
