Is there a way to stop heartburn waking you during the night??? The last three nights running I have woken with it really bad! I've tried sleeping with my head higher but it hasn't helped :-(
It's terrible isnt it! Try and avoid foods that are triggers..really acidy food like tomatoes, oranges etc, tho for me potato chips are a major one for heartburn, same with ice cream. I've read milk can make things worse not better (and it does for me) so avoid it if you can. Fruit tingles are great
Natural yogurt works a treat! And double strength mylanta tablets were awesome for me!! I lived off them through out my whole pregnancy!
As ezymay says, stay away from acid foods like tomatoes etc...
