    Question Nose bleeds when PG...

    Hi there,
Just wondering whether anyone else has experienced more nose bleeds now that they are pregnant?
This last week i have had 3 while in bed and the one last night took me an hour to stop it...
I'm hoping that it might just be a common pregnancy thing, and not a cause for concern?

    Thanks.

i don't get them myself but my old boss constantly had them through preg, at work, in the car, at the shops.. its because ur blood vessels enlarge with all the extra blood and capillaries pop i believe.. anyway i have heard its all very normal

    Hey Kayla,
It is great hey? I went to blow my nose the other day cos it was running and didn't realise but there were spatters of blood all over my top. Luckily I was wearing a pink top that hid it well, but still, I haven't had nose bleeds since I was a kid. Just another one of those lovely things,

I have had a cold for over a month now (love the low immunity of pregnancy!!) & there is blood on the tissue everytime I blow my nose (yuck!)
