NUX VOMICA homepathy for Constipation

Hi ,

just wondering if many of you have tried Nux Vomica to help relive stomach aches and constipation.

I have tried mosty things and now have gone natural.... i have read some good stuff about this product and am wondering if any of you have had good or bad experiences with it.

Hi,
I use Nux Vomica all the time when feeling nauseous. It helps a lot and is safe for bubs.
But I have never heard of it being helpfull for constipation though.
Let me know if it helps, I will use it more often lol!

I used Nux Vomica and Tabcum (sp??) during pregnancy for severe nausea and anxiety and they both worked wonders.

I never had constipation so can't tell you if they work for that.

However I did eat 6 green apples a day for the nausea also - so maybe all that fibre helped?? who knows - it's definitely worth a go - Natural is the Best!!! IMO anyway
