Sure can!
Usually morning sickness and all that kicks on around six weeks so you've been lucky to get it early
Not to mention, sure, you feel tops now... But wait for the next weird smell, or not eating at *just* the right moment or the next day in general. I've woken up feeling fantastic twice now, only to be royally shot down a few hours later.
These babies like to keep us on our toes early, try not to worry

have you been referred for a dating scan? if not you could ask your doctor for one, just to give you peace of mind? but the fact that you still have sore boobs is good. try not to stress too much about it, though i know thats easier said than done. just take it easy and look after yourself
Jellybean, I'm experiencing the same thing at the moment. Last week and even earlier this week, I was really bloated, dizzy, feeling sick every time I ate... now? Sore boobs and a sore back. That's it.
I have an early dating scan tomorrow and am repeating to myself that there has been no bleeding, no spotting and my bb's still hurt... therefore, everything MUST be ok.
I'm due a couple of days before you (according to IVF dates, due on the 13th Dec), so rest assured, you're not the only one!!
yep, symptoms can come and go. one day you feel mega pregnant and then the next day nada! this can continue throughout the whole pregnancy! i had it happen that i woke up at 39 weeks pregnant and for a split second totally forgot hahaha! (then i had to haul myself up and out of bed and i was quickly reminded ).
with DD i had no symptoms the whole pregnancy! Then this time i was worried bbecause once again i had none, well by 8 weeks i wished i never said it i have been so sick this time round but nothing till 8 weeks, then it was on and off for ages mine came and went whole 13 weeks!
