    Overactive Imagination!

Since falling pregnant I have been having very vivid and memorable dreams on a nightly basis!

It seems they have gotten more frequent and have even woken me up on occasions recently now that I am heading into my 36 week!

Is this happening for anyone else?

My dreaming/nightmare system was very UNDERactive prior to pregnancy. I would wake up remembering something very random from a dream maybe once a month!

Do you think there is any reason that this might happen to pregnant ladies? - Im trying to do some reading on it now - lol!

I hope some of you are experiencing the same and i'm not crazy!

You are not nuts! I had it too. Must be something to do with hormones. Don't worry, they will go away once baby is born and sleep is a thing of the past.

This has been happening to me for a few weeks. I amuse DH each day with the weird dreams I have. So far I've been dreaming about baby girls a lot

Except last night - Michael Jackson was standing over the open coffins of my 2 babies. I woke up with "Thriller" playing in my head. That one was not fun I'm putting it down to the heat and NOT reading anything into it.....

I too have been amusing DP with my very interesting dreams!

I think you have a good theory with the heat thing! lol!

Last night I dreamt that after we had locked in a name for bub (quite some time ago), DP decided to change it at the last minute, straight after birth and put it on his birth certificate!

I was so out of it after labour that I signed away paperwork and our poor baby ended up with a horrific name!.

Thats just one dream of many, I cant say MJ has made an appearance in my dreams just yet though!

Glad to hear there are others experiencing similar weird dreams!

I'm in the same boat. My pregnancy dreams are very strange, very vivid and i remember every detail when I wake up. It makes me feel really tired actually.

I was having the same thing a few weeks ago. It had died down a lot now, but I remember with DD it happened more and more towards the end of my preg, so I do expect them to return. Great way to start the morning with telling DH all the silly things I dreamt through the night!
