Panadol, is it safe?

Hi girls,

I'm trying to write a 2500 word assignment, due monday and i've got the worst headache.
I was wondering if panadol is safe to take, all ive taken during this preg is my multivitamin and i've been paranoid about taking anything else but right now i'm struggling to concentrate with this splitting headache.

What do you think?

Panadol and panedine if it's really bad are safe, nurofen is the one too avoid. Hope it goes away soon.

Paracetamol is perfectly fine to take when pregnant.. is actually one of the only pain killers you can take. Hope your headache goes away soon xx

My GP said panadol is fine, but to only use when necessary (which I have done very recently and all is well). No need to suffer and I hope the essay gets easier with a clear head.

Just don't take it on an empty tummy... it needs food in there to 'soak' into.
