hi guys.. so im 5 weeks an 1 day today but ive got some pains in my lower belly an back like period pain i had a MC 2 months ago but didnt have any pain just bleeding this time ive got a lil pain not bad in my lower belly an back but not bleeding which ive read is a good sign but im worried everytime i got to the toilet im checking trying not to stress
