GTT Preparation????

Hey All,

I need to go and have my first Glucose Tolerance test and I have forgotten what the prep for it is. Do I need to fast for the one hour test or is this only for the subsequent tests?? I ran out of the DR surgery so quickly I forgot to clarify.. and the path offices here are all run by one person so they never answer the phone. I wanted to go and do it today but I was so hungry when I woke up that I have already had toast and tea!!
