piercings while pregnant?

i want to get my ear done above my tragus. and i want it yesterday lol. but im not sure if its allowed or not?

If its all done with sterile equipment in theory I think it should be ok, but that said I'm sure most professional piercers would prefer not to take the risk and may refuse if you tell them you're pregnant.

Why not save it for a post birth celebration?

My understanding was that it's a no-no. Due to the infection risk. Same as with tattoos.
That's what I got told when I went for a piercing, anyway.

yep, got all 3 done. the lady said so long as everything is sterile theres no reason why i couldnt get it done.
