Hi,

Sorry this is probably the wrong section but I need some help.


My periods usually come at the same time each month give or take a day or two which is normally around the 20th, but this month I had a day mid cycle (the 12th) where I had a little bit of spotting nothing major only when I wiped. Then later when I had sex around the date when my period was due I had some more spotting the next morning again nothing major just some times when I wiped and it lasted a couple of days it was mainly brown and one was a little purple (sorry tmi) but wouln't have even been half a teaspoon.

I just thought I was getting my period but then it stoped and I still haven't got my period so it's now about 6-7 days late.
This has never happend to me before I never get spotting between periods and I certainly never get spotting after sex. I have had constant niggly lower abdominal/back pain during this time. I even have upper back around my left shoulder pain (don't know if related).

I have a doctor's appointment next week. But thought someone might have some ideas.

This ever happend to anyone? Any advice, I'm starting to worry a bit.
