I had it with my first son who was born 3 (early) weeks because of it. i was just wondering could it happen again and will my OB or GP montior me more during this pregancy

Yep and yep.

I can happen again, but it might not. They will (or should rather) monitor you.

I had HELLP syndrome last go where pre-ecclampsia was a feature and they are monitoring closely this time around, however I'm trying to stay active and eat well in the hope this time will be different. My BP is actually so low I'm fainting sitting down, so there's hope.

BM- i had PE with my last pregnancy. I asked my OB this exact question, he told me that there is a chance i will get PE again, but if i do, it will most likely occur later in the pregnancy and be less
severe.

Obviously this is not true in every cases, but tends to be the general trend.

Fingers crossed neither of us gets it again!
