Pregnancy after bladder re-training after pregnancy

I had bladder retraining through a physio after i had my DD and got everything working again properly. I am 16 weeks pregnant now, and the bladder is getting a bit lazy again. What have been other people's experiences? If i do the program again, should i be able to get back on track?

You should if you don't have nerve or physical damage.
Mine got most of the way better with physio, after ds1, but after ds2 there was muscle damage so can only go so far with physio alone.

Did they use the tens machines with you or just exercises? The first time I mean

Thanks for replying. just exercises and timed fluids. so empty bladder, drink 100ml, hold it for an hour and then empty bladder and then increase amounts and time as i got stronger.
