Book recommendations for conception, pregnancy and birth

I'm looking for recommedations as there are soooo many books out there (I'm sure there are threads about this somewhere, but so far I could only find a bb article with recommendations for ttc literature).
So, what are (in your mind) the best conception, pregnancy and birth books?

(if it helps to narrow it down: We are starting our ttc journey soon, no fertility issues we know of yet, interested in natural birth/ waterbirth)

Conception: if there are no problems, there's not much to read here! Miriam Stoppard's Conception, Pregnancy and Birth may fill in any blanks you don't already know.

Pregnancy: I quite like the Miriam Stoppard for the pictures - Liebling finds it very helpful to picture baby sizes in utero. What to expect when you're expecting underwhelms me, but others like it.

Birth: Birth Crisis by Shelia Kitzinger was the last one I read, and would recommend. Other authors for you to consider would be Ina May Gaskin (a midwife) or Michel Odent (an obstetrician).

Kelly, is there a list of recommended pregnancy books, too? Or a thread? I'm sure I saw it somewhere a while back
