    Prenatal Yoga Dvds

Please help. Could not find classes in my area so opting for the next best thing. The dvd. I typed it into search though and it came up with many different titles.

What is a good one you have used? I am hoping to use it post natal as well.

Any info would be fabulous. Thanks : )

The one in the BB online store is the best I can find. She's a birthy person too and totally gets it. Highly recommended, great information as well as the yoga. I just sent out my last one this week but another order coming in next week.

YOGA BABES FOR SURE! I am lucky enough to live close enough to Katie, the instructor, and her classes are fabulous. The DVD's are great! Enjoy

I can understand what you mean about not wanting all the "this is good for this part of pushing" etc. Will you be labouring at all or just straight to c-sect?

Cant give any advice on DVDs but is there any classes you can go to near you? My yoga class is quite good and doesn't go through too much labour stuff, more stretching and relaxing the muscles...

    Good luck sweets!!
