I just wanted to find out if anyone knows how the ratios for the Nuchal Fold Screening gets tallied up?

What are they trying to find in your blood when you have the blood test?

I guess I just wanted to know a little bit more about it other than "yes, this tests for downs and any other abnormalities..."
