sensitive skin on chest

hi all
yesterday i noticed as soon as i got into the shower one of my BBs was v itchy, when i scratched it it became red and spotty (like under the surface small red dots). This has spread to the other BB and a bit above on my chest... the redness goes away after 6 hrs but comes back if I scratch. Anyone else have this? what is it?
I havent gone onto any new soaps etc, I use palmers on my belly and chest and perhaps did a little more on chest yest but cant think of anything else...
