    Shaky/shivery every evening

I've been noticing for a few weeks now, that almost every evening I get shaky/shivery - and it's not from being cold. It's kind of like how you can get a little shivery when you're really tired, except this happens every evening, and while I am tired, I don't feel tired enough for shivering iykwim?

Has anybody else experienced this while pregnant? Is it just because my body is super-tired?

i think its coz u live in tassie and just dnt realise ur cold

Shakes can be caused by lots of things, id go see ur doctor.
Infection, shock, body working hard and lack of sugar can cause shakes, so really a wide range of things.
Let us know how u go

Skybie, thanks for your reply. Nah, not from the cold - we live in Tassie so we have the heater going most of the time .

Of the things you listed, I'd think the shivery feeling I have of an evening could be related to lack of sugar/other food... I have so much trouble eating properly at the moment, and between that, being pregnant and breastfeeding I'm probably not getting enough of some vitamin or other. It's not severe, just something I've noticed of an evening - throughout the day I'm fine (tired and pregnant, but fine, lol).

Yup, am on Blackmores Gold - have been on it whole time I've been breastfeeding, and continuing on while I'm pregnant.

Low blood sugar could certainly do that
