Okay, I've worked out that my headaches are caused by blocked sinus'... which is annoying because I've never had sinus problems before!

Anyway... does anyone know whether it's safe to use nasal sprays while pregnant? I'm flying to NZ at the end of this week and know if I don't get this sorted out, I'll be in a lot of pain on the plane on the way over. Any suggestions?
