Sore belly button

My belly button hurts so much it is very sensitive too. I know I got this with DD but I'm not sure it was this early.
When did you get the sore belly button? Was it different the second time around (if applicable)?

I had it with my first but it started alot later with that pregnancy, I think maybe because it took longer for the belly to emerge. This pregnancy is started as soon as I started to show, my doctor told me that my belly button isnt popping out even, that the top half is pulled out and the bottom is staying in and it is putting alot of pressure on it, she told me and I have since been rubbing my daughters eczema cream in and it has popped out a little better. You can also get hernia's in behind the belly button, my dr described it as a weak spot on a pressurised ballon, and thats why it can hurt cause it is stretching.
