Strange and vivid dreams...????

Is this normal during pregnancy???? I didn't have anything like it with DD1.
I remember having this dream last night....i'm not entirely sure what it was all about but i remember in my dream shredding my pillow case and I woke up this morning and it's exactly what I had one. The pillowcase was in pieces all over the floor and through the bed. It was the strangest feeling. I thought I was just dreaming it...not actually DOING it!!

Has anyone experienced anything similar???

Not quite like that, but I had some very interesting dreams while pregnant...lets just say DH would NOT be happy....

I can also remember my dreams a lot more vividly.

I heard of a study when I was last on maternity leave where they found women had more nightmares in the second half of their cycle due to bbt rise.

Given that your body temp is higher maybe that's the dreams.

This time I've been having freaky nightmares, and quite often wake up hot after them.

I have heard that dreams can be more vivid during pregnancy but not actually carrying out what you have dreamt. You must have had HEAPS of adrenelin flowing through your body to be able to tear the pillowcase! Sounds quite strange to me, Im interested to see if it happens again

yerp ive had dreams like that and also had some pretty scary dreams, woken up angry or sad lol
