Hi ladies im almost 12 weeks and thought i would be getting reliefe from m/s but it seems to be increasing to vomiting everyday even a few times a day. Has anyone else had this and what was the cause?
My morning sickness settled around 8 or 9 weeks but at 12 weeks I was really sick with MS again. It settled down after a week or so and now at 15 weeks I feel great.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news... but for me morning sickness got worse at 12 weeks and stayed terrible (i.e. unable to work, on special medications) till 16 weeks and was then pretty bad until 26 weeks.
They don't really know what causes morning sickness - some people thinks it's linked to hormone levels. If you are vomitting several times a day, consider seeing your Dr - I was starting to get dehydrated and had no energy. I also tried accupuncture - it didn't really work for me, but you get to the point where anything is worth having a go!

My morning sickness hung around past the 12 week mark. It seemed to come and go for a while. The day I felt worst was probably the second last day. Because it was erratic it took a week or so before I realised I felt OK.
I hope yours clears up soon and you can enjoy your second trimester.
