5.2 weeks and bleeding

Just want a few replies......


I started bleeding dec 29th at 5.2 weeks only enough for a panty liner (bright red blood). went to the ER had a vaginal ultrasound saw the g/s and the doctor said the baby was fine but i did have positive results for bacterial vaginosis. i have been bleeding for what is now 5 days it got a little heavier but not filling up pads just using panty liners. i do not have any cramping like my miscarriage 3 yrs ago nor do i have any clots being passed...i go ack to the dr. monday. i am very scared that even though the dr in the ER said the baby was fine, that i could possibly be miscarrying. Im just scard because i am bleeding...any similiar stories?


ps they did do another hcg beta quant blood test thurs. dunno the results yet.....hope they got higher......

if you tested + for BV i would be pushing for antibiotics. i hope your bleeding stops and that you go on to have a H&H pg

You poor thing . How are you today? There are so many stories of women who bleed in early pregnancy and go on to have a healthy baby. I had a couple of days of bleeding with my last pregnancy and all worked out fine - I wish the same for you.
