yeah i rang to book into early image, but the lady who answered sounded VERY unprofessional, and said the scan only goes for 15 minutes...PLUS the call was diverted to a mobile twice that I called

I had mine done here at Pakenham but it's probably too far for you to come.

Try and get your hands on a copy of Melbournes Child as there are stacks of ads in there for them.
Chemists and MCHC have them. If you can't find one let me know and I'll post one to you.

    Hi

I have all mine done at Melbourne Ultrasound for Women (lygon street). They have a webiste you can check out.

They are very professional and also do 4d. Even at 20 weeks we had a great view of the face - it was amazing.

    Good luck

Danni, I have had all my scans at Women's and Children's Ultrasound Suite 6/96 Grattan Street Carlton Ph 9347 6030 (just across from RWH). I've been really happy with their sonographers, and yes, they do 4d, got a great view of bubs face!

I think it's about $180 for the u/s and $25 for the dvd. I got about $100 back on the u/s, so about $100 in total at the end of the day.

Good luck! Oh, their receptionist isn't the nicest (beetch!), but the sonographers I've had were all great!

mmmm, maybe you can ask your doctor to give you a referrel for some reason.

I know it doesnt sound right but i know a few girls who have done that.

I just booked in for my 20 week scan at Monash Ultrasound for Women (at Epworth on Bridge Rd, Richmond). It was where I had my 12 week (non-3D) scan. This time I asked about whether they have 3D and they do and I'm booked in for one on Valentine's Day. Very very exciting!!! The woman who did my 12 week scan there was really lovely, so I've requested her again, and hopefully that will happen. All the staff there seemed really nice.

I think they said the scan is a little over $200 and $11 for the videotape - unfortunately they don't do DVD), but then Medicare will take care of some of this.

    That's right Danni.

I didn't get anything back for mine but I wanted it done so just thought stuff it. The results are on Calebs web page in the photo gallery. I think it's worth it
