Ventolin.. Can i take it?

just wondering if anyone knows if its ok to take ventolin?

My chemist said yes to normal over the counter ventolin (the sort you take when you are feeling tight in the chest) but if you take preventative medication for asthma then there are certain sorts you cant take

Yes you can take normal ventolin - I have been taking it for a while now on advice form my GP.

I was also told ventolin is fine while pregnant.

Yep I have been on Ventolin the whole of this pg as well as a preventer. As maybe baby said there are certain preventers that you can't take.
It's better to be able to breathe properly than not.

phew thats a releif, got a nasty cough (darn kids at work lol) and a bit weezy, i meant to ask my doc the other day about ventolin, but forgot. Thanks ladies for your help. :-)
