so instead of favourite stages of your children growing up, im wondering what you're favourite things were about pregnancy.
i hated every minute of being pregnant, and am really disappointed i didnt love it more, especially after meeting my beautiful baby boy.
i would love to hear the things you loved about it,how you thought about it,fun things you did during.... because next time i really want to cherish it kwim?

I'm like you never liked being pregnant.. The only thing I did love was emerging my body in water and watch dd do rolls and kicks almost like she was swimming inside lol

With my first pg I took everything for granted....then I lost my lil angel and I kick myself even today for not enjoying/relishing it more. With my second pg, and even though I had terrible m/s for almost 17 weeks, I did so many things I should have done the first time around.......I took lots of belly shots, I went on a great holiday, I massaged and talked to my belly/baby all the time, I laughed so much more and just ENJOYED being pg with this little person in my belly. Oh and I had regular massages......mmmmmmmmm, noice.

Sharing it with other people, letting them feel the kicks and rolls is what I enjoyed. I loved having my other kids massage my tummy and taking time out for me to rest and enjoy the little one inside.

Being pregnant with DS was one of the worst times of my life. I hated it, we were young and I would get so many dirty looks, I had a heap of complications, I had an awful OB who gave me no choices and told me how I would be doing things, even told me I couldn't have my mum with me when I birthed him.

DD was completely different, I was older, I was more confident, to begin with I had an OB with an awful receptionist so I changed OB's and it was the best thing I could have done. I loved being pregnant I wore firm fitting clothes to show off my bump and even with the same complications I felt much more in control. The kids have 4 years between them and I think that really helped me enjoy it more because I got more "me" time than I would have had if I was looking after a baby while pregnant.

I'm hoping I'll enjoy being pregnant with our 3rd child even more.

I loved that my DS1 love my belly, he would cuddle up to my belly in the morning and give it kisses. The second time around I got lots of bowen massages which were a godsend for my pelvic instability.

I feel I took my pregnancies for granted as well. Next time (hopefully soon) in going to try and enjoy it more.

I love when your heavily pregnant and you can see the baby dancing in your tummy. It's so awesome to feel and watch it and imagine what the baby is actually doing in there.

    Nice one

I loved feeling connected to my growing belly, the feeling of something special happening that I was such a big part of... ITMS?

I also love the first 12 weeks, when it's just you and your partner who know, and there's this delicious secret...

I loved been pregnant, every part of it, even the aching back. I had very easy pregnancies though. When I was ready to pop pregnant I loved that people would look at you and have a look of 'How exciting, she is going to have a baby very soon'. When I would duck to the shops by myself after DD2 was born I thought now that I have no big belly, no one can actually see what an amazing thing has just happened to me, that I have just had a baby.
I also loved having somewhere to pile my bickies while I was drinking my tea.

I loved just lying in bed spending time with "Gill" as we called bubs. Turned out to be a Hannah, tho. lol.
She was a mental case in there. She was so hyper and she hasn't stopped since being born.
When I was on bedrest she was my only company. After she was born and I was by myself in hospital as she was transfered straight to the Royal Children's I was so lonely. I didn't have DP as he was with DD. My parents weren't allowed in as it wasn't visiting time. I didn't have "Gill". I just had a screaming baby in the same room as me that wasn't mine. :'(

But, pregnancy was good. I loved my bump. Although very tiny. I loved my new boobies. Going from A cup to a C within 2 weeks.

I loved being pg with DD - I had a very easy pg & the only symptom I had was tiredness in the 1st and 3rd trimesters. I was truly scared out of my mind that I was going to suffer a loss (I'd had two earlier) but once I hit 13 weeks I was alot more relaxed and loved seeing my belly get bigger, then feeling movements & kicks. It was awesome!
